Established in 2006, the "Friends" is an incorporated 501.3c organization of persons interested in the Columbus Public Library...to focus public attention on the library; to stimulate the use of the library's resources and services; to support and cooperate with the library; to promote library services and facilities to the community; and to support the freedom to read as expressed in the American Library Association Bill of Rights.
